Caitlin Magidson merges knowledge around mental health and career/life planning to empower clients in reaching their goals. She understands that figuring out how to move forward can be difficult when individuals feel stuck or lost. As a career coach, Caitlin provides career coaching and therapy services to adult individuals looking for support in finding more clarity and direction in their personal and professional lives.
She was trained at the Johns Hopkins University as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and is currently a Career Coach at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Caitlin promises to help you recognize your strengths, gain insight to limiting beliefs, and guide you as you make changes that lead to more fulfillment, confidence, and happiness!
Danielle is a certified coach who helps women who are overwhelmed by the daily grind create and achieve a career plan that leaves them feeling inspired and motivated. She helps women discover their unique strengths and talents and provides ways invest in them to create a career plan and achieve balance, satisfaction, and happiness in their work. At Time for You, Danielle specializes in career change, resume and LinkedIn preparation, and career search strategy. She is a certified life coach and is trained by the Gallup organization to leverage the Clifton Strengthfinder assessment.
Due to the demands on her life, Danielle is an avid student of productivity hacks. Her blog – timeforyoublog.com – focuses almost exclusively on how to make the best use of limited time. Often, she will make time management and productivity a focus of her coaching calls.
In addition to her talents helping women find joy in their careers, Danielle also possesses a deep passion to protect the environment. For over two decades she has dedicated her life to a safe climate, clean water, and land protection. Danielle has 25 years in the nonprofit sector with experience in management, campaigns, projects, and fundraising.
Danielle loves to hike and when she’s feeling stressed, enjoys taking a walk in the woods to decompress.
Mary Atwater, Psy.D.
Originally from Colorado, Mary wears two hats as a member of Colibri Life. She is an Health and Wellness/Executive Coach and a Divorce Mediator. While a therapist simply helps you unpack your baggage and examine the content, Mary helps clients sort through and prioritize that content to help them move forward to their next desired location.
Since 2002, Mary has helped individuals and families in the DC metro area connect, communicate and maintain important relationships. She strives to help all individuals move towards their new normal, encouraging them as they move towards their valued direction.
Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and their three grown children. As a group, they love to cook, hike, play games, go camping and ride horses in the Colorado Rockies.
